We are the Wild Raccoons FIRST Robotics Competition team 8891 of Oceanside High School, a student led robotics team dedicated to designing, building, and programming competitive robots while developing the next generation of innovators and leaders.

Our team brings together students with diverse skills in engineering, programming, design, media, and outreach to tackle real world challenges through hands on Science, Technology, Engineering And Mathematics (STEM) experiences. Each season, we work collaboratively to design robots that compete in FIRST Robotics Competition, applying creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork every step of the way.

Beyond competition, we strive to make an impact in our community by hosting workshops, mentoring younger students, and promoting STEM education for all. Through robotics, we learn not only how to build robots but how to build confidence, communication, and leadership that extend far beyond the workshop.

Together we innovate, learn, and inspire, one robot at a time.
